Job Summary: A highly skilled IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation in IT systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure, combined with excellent project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects related to either data center refresh, server upgrades, network implementations, disaster recovery, backup as a service, and cloud deployments. Develop detailed project plans, resource plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/contractors to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet changing requirements and priorities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams, executives, and end-users. Ensure that all infrastructure projects comply with IT security standards, policies, and best practices. Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post go live lessons learned. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Support the development and implementation of technical solution design related to business continuity, disaster recovery and backup as a service for both on-premise and off premise set-up. The IT Project Management Lead shall provide overall leadership and direction in the development of IT Project Management methodology, processes and other related IT Projects. IT Infrastructure Project Manager will functionally report to the Program Management Office which will centrally manage IT Infra Projects for the group and for the hospitals. Closely work and collaborate with hospitals' CIOs, Hospitals' Infra and Security Managers in delivering the IT Infra related Projects to ensure alignment and compliance to the Project Management Standards that are set. Ensure that all IT Projects are properly documented and monitored from Project Initiation to Project Closure. Manage the overall timeline, resources, and budget of the IT Projects to ensure project allocations of resource and budget and to avoid conflict on schedule and resources. Present the Project Status of IT Projects to Senior Management and to the ExCo and Board as needed. 2. Productivity/ Technical Support Meeting with IT analysts and finalizing essential requirements of the project. Analyzing different options and recommending the most suitable for the infra related project. Facilitate needed coordination activities with the project teams. Establishing the project environment. Ownership of project deliverables and day-to-day management of the entire project. Monitoring the budget, actual spend and remaining budget and ensuring that budget limits are not exceeded. Conducting regularly scheduled project status meetings. Planning and supervising installation for the infra-related projects. Maintaining project communications to all project stakeholders. Working with the Project Sponsors and Executive Steering Committee members to address and resolve deviations from the Project Plan. 3. Technical Competencies Excellent knowledge about all aspects of Information Technology specifically with complex software development lifecycle environment and infra related projects. Expert hands-on knowledge of building a critical path and understanding the right questions to ask. Command of the 5Ons: Schedule, Scope, Budget, Quality, and Benefits at all times in the lifecycle of the project. Actively manage a critical path which allows for a line of sight into risk/issues before they have project/program impact. Previous hands-on experience in the deployments of infra related projects. Ability to keep up with latest infra related technologies and developments Prepare and maintain the detailed Infra Project Plan which lists the activities, tasks, assignments, milestones and estimates. Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate. Measure and evaluate progress against the Project Plan. Prepare and submit either a bi-monthly or monthly Executive Project Status Report or Dashboard. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Master's degree in management development Program/Project Management (plus) Training and Certification Training in any IT Project Technology Platform Experience with hybrid or cloud-first infrastructure environments. Advanced Leadership Training/ PMP or PSM Certification PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification. ITIL Foundation certification. Experience with hybrid or cloud-first infrastructure environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools. Experience At least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of related work experiences, with exposure to project management of infrastructure and security related projects. Project Management and/or IT Technology Platform Certification (plus) Language /Technology Requirements Excellent influencing, written, oral, and presentation skills, and digital fluency.
