You'll be the CEO's trusted partner, ensuring that while they focus on growth and high-level initiatives, everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. From managing internal workflows to delivering client assets and shaping new strategic initiatives, you'll be the person who keeps the vision moving forward.If you thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where no two days are alike, this role offers you the opportunity to directly influence growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.What You'll Own
1. Operational Leadership & Team Oversight
Manage and streamline workflows across marketing, sales, and support.
Champion adoption and optimization of ClickUp, Pipedrive, and SOP documentation.
Keep the team aligned and accountable, especially when the CEO is traveling.
Act as the second-in-command, providing clarity and stability in daily operations.2. Client Delivery Execution
Oversee the backend delivery of service packages such as add-ons, books, mini-books, and PDFs.
Ensure every client receives their promised deliverables on time and at the highest quality.
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they surface.
Maintain quality standards that reflect a high level of professionalism and excellence.3. Strategic Support & Productization
Translate strategic ideas into systems and repeatable workflows.
Support the development of niche-aligned offerings and scalable assets.
Coordinate with leadership, tea mbers, and clients to keep projects moving forward.
Prioritize and follow through so big ideas become executable outcomes.What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or client delivery.
Proven ability to manage remote teams and accountability systems.
Proficiency with ClickUp, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills (especially SOPs).
A confident communicator with strong time management.
Independent decision-maker who can anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
Availability in U.S. time zones with CST overlap.Bonus Points If You Have:
Familiarity with the speaking industry or professional services.
Experience in B2B services, marketing operations, or productized delivery.
A strategic mindset that lets you “think for” a founder.
Understanding of franchise or multi-location business models.
Background in branding, customer experience, or fast-growth companies.How to Apply
