We are looking for a Recruiter (insurance based) with full-cycle recruiting experience - screening, interviewing, assessing candidates and hiring. The successful recruiter will collaborate with department Managers and identify hiring needs. You should be able to attract candidates using different sources- social medias, job boards, employee referrals etc. ensuring the company hires, retains employees and grow a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities: Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements and recommend the best candidates for interview and skill assessment. Stay current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets. Network extensively to find potential candidates. Source through internal candidate database as well as professional networks, referrals, and other networking resources. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay up to date with current and future hiring and business needs. Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions. Source, screen and interview applicants. Other HR tasks might be performed if needed. Requirements: Commercial insurance experience (employee benefits, personal/commercial lines) Bachelor's/College degree graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. Amenable to shifting work schedule, including US hours. Work from home set up for now. Office is in Eastwood, Libis. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (BPO, in-house or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (video/phone interviewing, reference check etc) Compensation: 30,000 PHP/Month Basic Salary.
