- Build, manage, and scale Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Plan, test, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for search, display, and remarketing
- Develop and test creative strategies — copy, visuals, video — that resonate with Australian audiences
- Conduct deep audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns daily with a relentless focus on ROI and cost per lead
- Report results clearly and concisely — no fluff, only insights that matter
- Stay ahead of Meta and Google algorithm changes, policy updates, and new ad formats
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones fast
- Meta and Google Ads are your core expertise — not a side skill, but your main craft
- You have a proven history of delivering real, measurable results with evidence to back it up (case studies, reports, dashboards)
- You thrive working autonomously and don’t need constant supervision
- You’re a proactive self-starter who tackles challenges and finds solutions on your own
- You live and breathe performance, always looking to optimise and improve results
- You understand the full customer journey — from awareness to consideration to conversion
- You’re confident managing substantial ad spend and making fast, data-driven decisions
- You know the Australian market, language, and culture, and can create ads that genuinely connect with local audiences
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
