Details:Description:As a member of the Network Operations Center (NOC) within the IT INF NWS (Network and Security) organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the various network and security infrastructures utilized by the client. This role involves close collaboration with IT members across the global IT organization.As part of the NOC APAC team, you will be expected to work diligently to deliver business-centric services with a strong focus on quality and timeliness in day-to-day operations. You will also be encouraged to strive for standardization and automation across the diverse network infrastructures used by the client.Duties & Responsibilities:Main Focus:To provide technical network active second level troubleshooting of Network and Security Services (WAN, WLAN, LAN, VLAN, Special Networks, Firewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and Partner Connections), prepare incident reports, escalate to relevant parties promptly and follow through the case incidentsTo provide operational support in the areas of Change and Incident Management, run, administer and optimize the global-wide Network infrastructureTo carry out proactive management, identifying trends and problem analysis, making use of available network management toolsEnsure that operational tickets and projects adhere to corporate security standards, Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules as well as internal working instructions and standard processesJob RequirementsDetails:Requirements:Experience2-3 years hands on experience in troubleshooting and configuring network and security devices (WAN - CISCO, LAN - CISCO, WLAN - CISCO, Internet Proxy - ZScaler, VPN - Global Protect, DHCP - Microsoft and Firewalls - Palo Alto)Technical skillsStrong understanding of routing protocols EIGRP and BGP, MPLS, QoS. Good level of knowledge and working experience in Internetworking, IP routing protocols and troubleshooting MPLS/IP VPN.Strong understanding in LAN Cisco technologies, Proxies (Z-Scaler), WIFI Cisco environment, Firewall (PaloAlto) and VPNEither one of the following certifications: CCNA or CCNP; ACE or PCNSE. CCP-N is a plusKnowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies to deliver high quality support to meet customer needsFluency in oral and written English.
