This is an enterprise-wide role combining strategic leadership with day-to-day operational management. You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing IT strategies, overseeing projects, and managing teams to ensure the organization's technology environment supports its overall business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the IT function across the organization, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, ERP, and support functions. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive digital transformation. Manage multiple IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, timeline, and resource allocation. Establish IT policies, security protocols, and compliance measures to safeguard the organization's digital assets. Build, lead, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize IT service delivery. Oversee IT budgeting, cost management, and demonstrate the value of IT investments. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an enterprise-level IT Head, IT Director, or equivalent role. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing IT teams and complex projects. Expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, security, and emerging technologies.
