- Responsible for making sure that our websites are functioning as intended, displaying correctly across different browsers and devices, and reviewing formatting based on approved design.
- Assist in the facilitation of internal/staging tests and review results to check for issues with our websites.
- Conduct regular routine tests based on specific parameters to ensure the core website functionalities are working as intended.
- Regularly monitor the websites for errors and communicate them to the relevant channels.
- Perform fixes for minor issues in published content via the CMS (WordPress Dashboard)
- Conduct regular tests of applications such as sign-up and contact forms, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring that the published content of our articles, events, news, and other resources complies with our SEO guidelines.
- Test execution, documentation, and raise bugs, and create progress/audit reports.
- Ensures that standards are being applied (CMMI LV5 and GDPR) on every project.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance i.e STLC & SDLC
- Extensive experience in functional testing, integration testing, and user experience testing
- Experience in test management tools
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships
- This is for a full onsite work set-up; tools will be provided
- Successful completion of background information check and a valid NBI clearance will be required
