Role Responsibilities:Answers incoming customer phone calls and chats from multiple accountsAnswers incoming click to chats from multiple accountsResponds to customer inquiries from email, voicemail, fax and phone, providing excellent customer serviceProcesses new customer orders from email, voicemail, fax, and phoneStrives for first call resolution to all client inquiriesProvides product information and answers questions regarding existing ordersHandles customer service issues by evaluating customer needs and determining the best course of action to achieve resolutionImpacts incremental sales by offering related or promotional itemsMaintain exceptional attendance and punctualityExperience RequirementsExperience in both sales and service-oriented fields preferredExperience in a customer service environment requiredProfessional written and verbal communicationExperience with Click to Chat.Job Skills & TraitsAccurate and quick keyboarding skillsComfortable multitasking with phone, click to chat and use of multiple computer programsExcellent telephone customer service skillsAbility to sell over the phoneExcellent written, email and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Outlook and Microsoft WordWorking knowledge of ExcelRequired Skills and Competencies3+ years on the job experienceRetail is a plusChat, email and phone call experience (prefer 3/3 but 2/3 will work)Longevity in jobs, not a lot of gaps on resumeOutlook and Excel knowledgeAbility to work a full night shiftSatellite Office partners with some of the world’s leading brands to build high-performing offshore teams based in the Philippines.
