In your new role you will:
- Monitor sites' top defects and establish a robust project or program that will lead to defect reduction
- Continue to implement & govern existing program in optimizing the machine alarms for detection of machine abnormality will lead to defect reduction
- Tool owner and data management of OSAT Quality applications such as Continuous Improvement Program System, Customer Complaints, Line Disruptions System, Audit System, Tableau Dashboard Management
- Management of Infineon QM tools for internal and customer audits
- OSAT representative & officer-in-charge in Infineon-wide recognition program such as Team-of-the-Quarter and Idea Management
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent is preferred (e.g. Chemistry, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Physics, and etc).
- At least 5 to 10 year experience within the Semiconductor Industry in Technology Developments/Product Developments/Process Engineering with knowledge about manufacturing processes, testing.
- Good knowledge of Deviation management. Ability to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach in problem solving analysis
- Good knowledge of failure analysis and knowledge of reliability assessment will be added advantage.
- Experience in Data Management and Digitalization will be added advantage.
- Knowledge on ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements will be added advantage.
- Vast experience in working with various stakeholders in Continuous Improvement Program.
- Must possess excellent problem solving and Statistical analytical skills with the use of quality tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, 5 Why, SPC tools and etc).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with all levels of organization.
