The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving online sales growth by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms and digital channels. This role manages marketplace listings, ensures product content accuracy, and coordinates promotions to maximize visibility and conversion. The specialist analyzes sales and marketing data, monitors industry trends, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that strengthen brand presence and achieve revenue targets.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor ad performance and assist in analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Help create campaign reports and actionable insights based on performance data
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and keywords for better visibility and conversion
  • Execute and monitor campaign performance and sales data, generating reports and recommending improvements
  • Support A/B testing initiatives for creatives, copy, and audiences
  • Coordinate with creatives team for ad materials needed (banners, videos, copies)
  • Conduct competitor research and identify trends in digital marketing
  • Contribute ideas for campaign improvement and audience engagement strategies
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies
  • Assist in managing digital assets, promotional materials, and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Learn and use marketing tools like e-commerce ad dashboards etc.
  • Support Marketing Activities/ Programs/ Events
  • Support Admin Task (if needed)
  • Support Audit and Quality Checking (if needed)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies, SEO/SEM, and marketplace optimization
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Eager to learn new tools and stay updated with marketing trends
  • Ability to learn quickly, has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to work in Alabang Office
