Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative located in Quezon City. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients navigating the financial aspects of their healthcare. Your primary responsibility is to ensure clarity and support throughout the billing and insurance process. This includes addressing billing inquiries, explaining charges, and assisting patients in understanding their insurance coverage and claims. You will also play a critical role in resolving claim denials or rejections, ensuring timely and accurate communication with insurance providers. Additionally, you will manage requests for medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational protocols. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered service. Qualifications Must be at least a high school graduate Preferably with 1+ year of BPO experience Spanish bilingual experience is a plus (but not required!)
