
Bilingual Customer Service Representative

- Answer 30+ inbound calls per day in English and Spanish
- Create and manage support tickets in Zoho Desk
- Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product information
- Place customer orders during the call using Zoho Inventory
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting when needed
- 1 –5 years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a neutral, professional accent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using Zoho or similar systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory)
- A curious mindset — comfort with science or chemistry is a plus
- Familiarity with IP phone systems like GoToConnect is helpful
