Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions Responsible to ensure smooth operation of the daily operational accounting activities, local invoicing requirements, month-end closing Statutory and tax reporting preparation and submission; Financial, tax, and managerial accounting for HRS Philippines and other HRS entities/activities if applicable; Development of accounting and tax policies; Plan, control and accounting of company expenses; Control of accounts receivables and accounts payables; Participate in preparation, control an analysis of company budget and forecasts. Cash flow control and forecast; Participation in ERP implementation and development; In cooperation with the Regional Finance team, identify and drive continuous process improvement and develop effective accounting and internal control procedures. Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax and legal advisors and consultants; Coordinate HR, administration and legal matters at the office level; Coordinate, prepare, file and account customers offers, invoices and contracts. Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting Five years' relevant experience Experience with any ERP system will be highly advantageous, but not a requirement Proficiency in MS Office (specifically in Excel) Strong analytical and good communication skills Able to work under pressure Show more Show less
