Description: Is responsible for development of franchising opportunities Identifies possible franchisees within the communities Entertains clients' inquiries and processes applications (interview and qualify franchise candidates) Set meetings with clients and management for discussion of the franchise package Provides assistance and guidance to franchisees from pre-opening activities to operations Visits the franchise once a month for audit purposes Maintains a good working relationship with the franchisees Submits weekly and monthly reports Maintains necessary data and records for future reference Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Has three to five year-experience in the related field One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics. Is knowledgeable about franchise mode of operations Can easily establish rapport & communicate effectively with different kinds of people in the organization With strong intrapersonal skills With exceptional written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with data analysis and reporting Is hardworking, persistent, and dependable Is positive and enthusiastic Is willing to be assigned to different locations / willing to travel Can start ASAP.
