- Partner with business and support units to deliver effective HR strategies and timely solutions to employee needs.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and fair application.
- Offer strategic insights to leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Manage the full employee relations cycle, including grievance handling, investigations, hearings, and disciplinary actions, ensuring due process and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and external agencies to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements to safeguard compliance.
- Lead and monitor periodic employee evaluation processes to ensure fairness and timely completion.
- Support initiatives for employee development, welfare, rewards and recognition, retention, and industrial relations.
- Facilitate training, orientations, and workshops to promote policy understanding, workplace harmony, and leadership capability.
- Develop and implement communication plans for company announcements, policies, and HR programs.
- Create platforms for employee feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Organize and participate in focus group discussions and engagement activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR records and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Assist in designing and improving HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory, managerial, or HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employee relations best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and fairness.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or business process analysis is an advantage.
- Highly driven, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
