Job Description: Performance Analysis & Reporting Prepare reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders on overall merchant performance, identifying key trends and growth opportunities. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), merchant program adoption, and program success metrics across the region. Define and standardize the methodology/definition for key metrics, providing clear analytical direction for local merchant management teams to focus on. Strategy & Planning Diagnose merchant-related operational challenges (e.g. slow merchant preparation time) through data analysis and develop data-driven improvement plans. Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and implement effective incentive and penalty policies to improve merchant behavior and performance (e.g., reducing merchant-induced cancellation rates, improving product listing quality). Benchmark ShopeeFood's operations processes against competitor platforms and continuously adapt or recommend new best practices for our merchant ecosystem. Stakeholder Management & Alignment Coordinate with local and regional teams to align on project scope, details, and implementation plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen project management processes and share best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, Finance or a related field Internship or work experience in a tech company or fast-paced startup is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
