Your work will directly ensure compliance with international standards and internal policies, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to Allegro's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers a direct impact on product quality and operational excellence within a leading automotive and industrial semiconductor company.What You Will DoPlanning, conducting, and reporting on internal quality audits across various departments and processes within AMPI, in accordance with the annual audit schedule and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).Evaluating the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) and identifying areas of non-compliance, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.Documenting audit findings, including non-conformities, observations, and recommendations, clearly and concisely.Collaborating with process owners to develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and monitoring their timely implementation and effectiveness.Verifying the closure of CAPAs through follow-up audits and objective evidence review.Maintaining accurate and organized audit records, documentation, and databases.Participating in the development and revision of internal audit procedures, checklists, and related documentation.Providing support during external audits (e.g., customer audits, certification audits) by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.Contributing to quality awareness and training initiatives.Analyzing audit data to identify trends and systemic issues, providing insights for management review.What You Will BringA Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electronics, Industrial, Quality) or a related technical field.3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related role within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry, with at least 1-2 years specifically in internal auditing.Proven knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.Certified Internal Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.Proficiency in using quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA).High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
