- Input orders and delivery details into CSR or logistics systems with precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date data files and records.
- Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and tracking orders as needed.
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, or shipping notes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery updates and resolution of administrative issues.
- Proactively suggest improvements to administrative workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in an admin, data entry, or logistics support role
- Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with other office tools.
- Clear, concise English communication (both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with overlap in U.S. hours
- Logistics experience (such as familiarity with shipping documents or order tracking) is a strong plus.
