
People (HR) Associate

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior-level roles
- Provide day-to-day operational support across key employee lifecycle processes (e.g. onboarding, regularization, performance reviews)
- Lead the conceptualization and implementation of process improvements to enhance the employee experience, as well as People Team operational efficiency and productivity
- Contribute to policy development, updates, and internal documentation
- Contribute to maintaining a team-oriented and high-energy office atmosphere
- Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
- At least 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent task and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all output
- Execution-focused with a bias toward action and minimal need for supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
