The Bookkeeper will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks: Bank Reconciliations across multiple companies. General Ledger Maintenance/Bookkeeping. Balance sheet reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable management. Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts. Processing up to Trial Balance stage. Preparing financial statements for lodgement with the Australian Taxation Office. Preparing Business Activity statement About You . We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications: Minimum 2 year working experience Knowledgeable in XERO, MYOB, and/or QUICKBOOKS Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts Payroll - setup new employees, super funds, process payruns Accounts Payable, high level of data entry What You Need To Know .
