
Admissions and Visa Specialist

- Process and manage student applications for European partner institutions using internal systems (Zoho CRM, JotForm, and Study Info).
- Coordinate with partner institutions to ensure smooth and timely admissions processing.
- Respond to student inquiries through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information and guidance on study visa and residence permit processes, with a focus on South and Southeast Asian regions.
- Participate in student counseling sessions to support recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of admissions and study visa/residence permit processes by developing resource materials and optimizing workflows.
- Represent the company in webinars and facilitate internal training sessions when needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in student support services, student visa advising, or immigration services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Zoho) and communication platforms (WhatsApp, MS Teams, etc.).
- Background in an admissions team within a study abroad company.
- Familiarity with European higher education institutions and/or education systems along with visa and residence permit procedures.
- Experience working with embassies or government agencies.
