Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including tax preparation, invoice processing, and expense tracking. Assist with insurance-related tasks, such as policy management and claims coordination. Food & Restaurant Industry Support: Manage online ordering platforms, including Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Yelp, Google, and other review platforms. Marketing & Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies. Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and schedule content across various social media platforms. Monitor social media analytics and provide performance reports. Maintain and update website Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
