- Ability to read, analyze, write and interpret raw data to formulize actionable insights.
- Post and monitor job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organize interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
- Collect pre-employment requirements and 201 filing.
- Monitor and validate submitted payroll disputes.
- Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor related information.
- Coordinate new hires Day 0 Orientation.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Conduct evaluation survey and for every training held.
- Conduct survey to assess what training and development program that is needed by the employees.
- Request of training posters and invites.
- Prepare and send performance evaluation reminders for employees and their leads.
- Assist in planning and execution of company events.
- Assist in HR day-to-day tasks and in other administrative tasks that can be assigned.
- Aside from the tasks assigned, the intern will be trained on how to do company memos and payroll.
- Currently enrolled in college internship program with minimum of 300 hours.
- Proficient in different Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
