- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist in file organization and tracking.
- Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the HR Executive
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
