HR and Admin Officer - Earn Up to Php 45,000 Based on Experience *Please note: This role requires working onsite Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're looking for an HR and Admin Officer to bring expertise and enthusiasm to our thriving workplace. With a competitive salary package of up to Php 45,000, dependent on your experience, we ensure your skills and dedication are recognized. You must have: Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent English language skills. Highly polished and professional presentation (dress, grooming, comportment). A pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Versatility: Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong aptitude for teamwork and collaborative efforts. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end HR functions: onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, benefits, leave management, and more. Engage in the day-to-day concerns and questions of employees. Assist in planning and organizing HR events. Lead and manage the administrative team for smooth day-to-day operations. Support senior management and consulting team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to travel and accommodation bookings, calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Manage front reception desk, welcome visitors, and maintain a professional area. Oversee general office administration duties, including but not limited to organizing and receiving deliveries, purchasing office equipment as required, and making coffee for visitors and consultants. Ensure accuracy and promptness in all administrative tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional English language skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in leading a team and managing office operations.
