- Lead the mechanical design of airport facilities, including HVAC systems, fire protection systems, plumbing, fuel systems, and other critical building services.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction supervision to ensure work aligns with approved designs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, electrical engineers, civil engineers, and airport planners.
- Evaluate contractor submissions, including material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Participate in value engineering, feasibility studies, and project planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO, NFPA, ASHRAE, and other relevant international codes and standards relevant to airport facilities.
- Support project managers in monitoring project progress, quality, and cost control.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and engineering assessments.
✅ 5 to 12 years of combined experience in the design and construction supervision of airport facilities, terminals, hangars, and/or airside support buildings.
✅ Strong background in specification writing, cost estimate preparation, and tender evaluation.
✅ Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or aviation-related projects.
✅ Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, HVAC load calculation tools).Additional Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Post-graduate degree (preferred).
- Professional Engineering License (e.g., PRC, PE, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (ASHRAE, NFPA, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
