Jr. Project Engineer - Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical

• Inspect the site for QA findings and ensure that all materials and labor required to resolve the findings are available and are resolved based on timeline.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure that all QA findings are resolved.
• Implement inventory control systems to track materials efficiently.
• Maintain and update the inventory tracker to ensure accurate records of all materials.
• Ensure that tools and materials, especially high-values items, are stored in a secured room.
• Maintain a clear communication line with project managers regarding material needs.
• Process returns for defective or surplus materials.
• Maintain accurate records of returned items and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Request for pull-out for scraps, surplus, and excess materials should be approved by the Managing Director.
