With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.We are looking for a Production Planner to join the Supply Planning team. The person will be in charge of managing production planning, inventory, and forecasting, and ensuring order fulfillment, optimized supply chain operations, and continuous process improvements.What you will do * Oversee forecasting, planning, and execution of production orders for new, existing, and phase-out products using Power BI and Microsoft Excel

Monitor production trends and collaborate with Production to adjust orders as needed
Address material shortages by coordinating with HQ to fulfill sales orders
Maintain optimal inventory levels throughout the supply chain to balance customer satisfaction and mitigate inventory risks
Provide performance reports and assist with capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning, while leading initiatives to improve business processes.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or other related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as supply chain planner with planning and inventory knowledge
Experience in ERP System in terms of planning
Experience in Power BI, data analytics, and Microsoft Excel
