- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for a successful partnership.
- Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Manage client tasks through effective project management, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Gather necessary information from clients to understand their needs and objectives, and relay this information to the team to create actionable tasks.
- Provide initial approval for client deliverables, ensuring they meet the required standards before submission to the client.
- Follow up on deliverables to secure client approval and address any feedback or revisions needed.
- Update and send out progress reports to clients, keeping them informed of the status of their projects and any developments.
- Utilize GoHighLevel to manage client interactions and track progress effectively.Work Environment:
