Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. - Set and achieve revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer needs. Team Leadership & Sales Enablement - Lead and coach sales teams to drive performance through KPIs and development plans. - Support high-value deals with strategy, positioning, and direct involvement. Client Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with enterprise and government clients. - Oversee tailored engagement strategies and act as escalation point for key accounts.
