If you're the type who thrives on precision, compliance, and making smart financial calls, this one's for you.Where?📍 JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 CebuYour Role as Senior Fund AccountantAs a Senior Fund Accountant you'll be in charge of managing all fund accounting activities - from reporting and compliance to analysis and financial strategy. You'll work directly with the Managing Partners of ASA Real Estate Partners, helping shape smarter investment decisions through sharp financial insights.What you'll be doing

Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, financial reporting and compliance
Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, tax distributions, unit pricing and fund performance analysis
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial and statutory obligations and compliance with AFSL, ASIC and regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow and budgeting processes to optimise financial performance and support strategic decision-making
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, custodians, legal and regulatory authorities as necessary
Develop, implement and maintain effective financial policies, internal controls, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Provide guidance, mentoring and training to junior finance staff
Perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management

Requirements:What you'll need to succeed

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
At least 5 years of fund accounting or similar experience in finance/operations
Deep knowledge of managed investment schemes, unit pricing, AFSL, and AMIT regime
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
Solid analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into insights
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Excellent organization and attention to detail
