If you’re the type who thrives on precision, compliance, and making smart financial calls, this one’s for you.Where?📍 JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 CebuYour Role as Senior Fund AccountantAs a Senior Fund Accountant you’ll be in charge of managing all fund accounting activities — from reporting and compliance to analysis and financial strategy. You’ll work directly with the Managing Partners of ASA Real Estate Partners, helping shape smarter investment decisions through sharp financial insights.What you’ll be doing

Review cash, position and market value reconciliations.
Resolve break items on reconciliations in a timely manner.
Review and calculate fund pricing.
Review corporate actions.
Review/prepare profit and loss reports for reasonableness.
Review/prepare income and expense accruals including fee calculations and trading accruals.
Review/prepare fund trial balance.
Review/prepare profit allocations to fund investors.
Converse and liaise with internal services departments to resolve miscellaneous fund issues.
Escalate fund accounting issues and aged items to Fund Accounting Manager.
Respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist in the audit process including preparation of fund financial statements.
Assist team development by providing guidance, training and mentoring to Fund Accountants, setting their goals and monitoring performance.

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeed

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
At least 5 years of fund accounting or similar experience in finance/operations
Deep knowledge of managed investment schemes, unit pricing, AFSL, and AMIT regime
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
Solid analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into insights
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Excellent organization and attention to detail
