- Assumes overall ASH onboarding PM responsibility
- Coordinate with teams involved in the ASH onboarding (Product Management, Outcome, Outreach, Testing), as well as AFT and Bottomline
- Manages communications with the client over the listed responsibilities
- Defines and creates reporting and risk analysis on an ongoing basis (in collaboration with the outreach PM and the client’s program manager)
- Coordinates testing activities with SC teams and executes general test planning in alignment with overall project plan
- Orchestrates with the test stream (V&T: Testing and Services Team) and wider project / product team to agree integration test scope and test requirements
- Coordinates requests for sample data
- Manages customer change requests to scope of integrations/parties, reviews them, prepares the necessary information, and provides an initial assessment
- Coordinates with architects and product development about solution
- Consolidation the effort for the outreach, build, and testing in collaboration with corresponding teams
- Evaluates the consequences (e.g., resource staffing) with PM and SaaS service execution management (the latter decide over acceptance)
- Communicate the solution to client as scope / out of scope for ASH or dependent on timelines
- Is senior enough to handle business specific communication with a clearing broker, a custodian and an asset manager
- Experience in post-trade settlement processes within the buy-side / asset management world.
- Good familiarity of equities, fixed income, ETDs and OTC derivatives
- Understanding of data interfacing, mapping, data and interface requirements.
- General knowledge of testing processes (unit testing, systems integrations testing) and project requirements.
- Has a minimum of 5 years experience in managing projects in asset servicing operations
- Effective communication skills
- Located in the same region the client is in (e.g., in EMEA if it is a German client)
