Role might be in ; Mumbai, India Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Taguig City, Philippines Requirements Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner across multiple APAC countries, ensuring alignment between regional needs and global HR governance. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and COEs to drive HR initiatives, change management processes, and employee engagement strategies. Partner with regional HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Support integration efforts and manage legacy employee alignment.
