- Serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI support, resolving user tickets promptly and effectively; Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Analyze Supply Chain and Quality data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies; Deliver actionable insights to support operational efficiency, process improvements, and risk mitigation
- Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to define KPIs and reporting needs; Translate business requirements into data-driven, measurable analytics solutions
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and best practices for reporting and analytics tools; Conduct training sessions to strengthen Power BI adoption and improve overall data literacy
- Implement and uphold data governance, compliance, and security standards across reporting activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, improve data accuracy, and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant Data Analytics work experience within Supply Chain and Quality Management
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Workspaces, Power BI App, DAX, Power Pivot, and Power Query is required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data mining and data processing tools (Python, SQL, Databricks) is an advantage; experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong skills in international stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, project management, and organizational skills; experience in Continuous Improvement and Sustainability is highly preferred
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM-12:00 AM PHT or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CET), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
