Manages and provides candidate pipeline to ensure sufficient applicant database to meet operational demand. Facilitate job offers. JO preparation, offer negotiation and contract preparation. Stay abreast in recruiting trends and best practices. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. Attend calibration meetings and coordinate directly with Hiring Managers for various updates on the requisitions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources or any related course. 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience. Expertise in hiring for niche and emerging technologies in the market Adept in different sourcing techniques (Boolean Search, Google X-ray, etc) Experience in using different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Foundit, Indeed, among others) Very good oral and written communication skills.
