- Prepare management, statutory and tax accounts in line with Group Financial Standards/ IFRS, local statutory accounting and tax legislation in a timely, accurate & complete manner.
- Prepare the monthly invoicing of GS services via the group invoicing tool Netinsight, including subsequent reporting activities (e.g. FTE Tracker).
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly P&L and B/S review.
- Regulatory matters of statutory bodies, incl. statutory accounts, transfer pricing, internal and tax audits.
- Associacion Solidarista matters incl. transparent and accurate accounting of activities and transactions.
- Cash management, bank/legal/tax/insurance matters.
- Contribution to all key strategic and commercial decisions, including target setting and rolling forecast processes to drive long term performance.
- Free Zone Status matters including main contact for PROCOMER audit.
- Compliance with Global Services Finance & Accounting Guidelines
- Develop effective partnerships and relationships with support finance teams(Local Accounting, Accounting Knowledge
- Centre and Global Services) and key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of expectations, demands and internal processes
- Actively look for ways to challenge Cebu Global Service costs and revenue incurring in the GS Services Portfolio,
- Business and Functional Unit organization
- Drive profitability and productivity together with Business & Functional Unit managers by identifying trends, analyzing deviations from predefined targets or benchmarks and supporting the implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Lead regular and ad hoc pricing reviews as per KNGS pricing guidelines.
- Daily contact with executives across the Cebu GS organization to ensure the financial impact of decisions are fully understood.
- Detailed analysis of departmental performance and cost drivers based on standardized and centrally provided reports; prepare and participate in monthly financial performance reviews and actively drive corrective actions if necessary.
- Lead & support the development of new business initiatives, including the financial analysis of new Investment
- Applications and/or BIAs;
- Analyzing, strategizing and monitoring of on-going projects, if necessary, on ad hoc basis;
- Recognize problems, implement solutions, and drive business performance.Lead and develop finance team.
- University degree in business administration/finance/controlling or professional qualification in accounting, preferably qualified charted accountants (CAP/CA)
- Knowledge and experience in strategic planning and target setting processes.
- Knowledge of accounting, reporting and service charging systems - ideally ACON+, Business Objects, Netinsight
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a finance / controlling area of an international company, including experience in a
- Logistics environment
- Advanced experience with Excel & usual IT office packages
