Manila timeThe purpose of this role is to provide quality, compliant and timely statements of advice in accordance with current legislation and licensee requirements.ResponsibilitiesProducing Statements of Advice of varying range of complexity in a timely manner as directed by the Licensee using XPlan and other software as directed by the Licensee.Ensure that all time critical advice documents are sent within designated time framesEnsure turnaround times and deadlines are appropriately managed.Researching existing and potential replacement products in order to prepare the most appropriate recommendations for a client in an advice document, i.e. Product comparisons, insurance analysis.Prepare advice in accordance with Best Interest Duty obligations and procedures.Able to liaise with the Advice Team to follow up outstanding requirements.Provide administrative support to the Senior Financial Planning Administrator, including but not limited to Policy Calls and APU preparations.Remain up to date on our approved products and services.Regularly review, understand and apply our Licensee standards.Where there are team absences due to holidays, illness, provide relief support to those roles, taking on additional tasks and services to ensure the continued operations of the team.RequirementsFinancialUnderstanding of financial planning and advice documentation (Minimum DFP and RG146)Understanding of current legal and industry regulations and frameworksUnderstanding of regulatory and industry obligations OrganisationProducts and servicesXPlanXTools+Risk ResearcherWealthSolver § Microsoft Office SuiteExperienceAt least 3 years financial planning industry experienceAt least 1 year customers service experienceStrong understanding on the financial planning industry in Australia.Powered by JazzHR
