What does this role entail The purpose of this role is to be the point person in managing the paraplanning task allocation and new advice requests, as well as oversee reporting on production team performance across departments while keeping track of KPIs across the company. What are the proficiencies expected of me At least 2 years of experience in AU Financial Planning or Paraplanning Operations. At least 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles Strong understanding of Financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Dash). Intermediate Skill level in Excel Proficient skill level in: MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Experience with KPI tracking, reporting tools, and/or data management systems is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management Knowledge of Australian financial services regulations (e.g., ASIC, AFSL) Degree qualified (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field) What are the things expected of me Paraplanning Workflow Management Manage paraplanning task allocations, deadlines, and new advice requests. Ensure timely processing of quotes and invoices Liaise with Support Managers to ensure balanced workloads, process compliance and collaborative communication with our clients. Collaborate with the Training Department to support ongoing Paraplanner development. Reporting Track and analyse targets vs. actual output KPI Management Oversee and monitor the execution of the KPIs across the company Drive continual improvement of KPI process efficiency Interpret performance data to identify trends and improvement areas. Data Management & Integrity Monitor and maintain up-to-date and accurate operational data across systems. Lead data audits and implement corrective actions.
