Developing and executing comprehensive risk management strategies, overseeing credit and operational risk, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management within the banking industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for RBSM
Drive the ERM function, ensuring a proactive and holistic approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all business areas.

Credit Risk Oversight:

Oversee credit risk management activities, including Expected Credit Loss (ECL) computations, provisioning, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Operational Risk Management:

Direct efforts to identify, assess, and control operational risks, implementing robust frameworks and controls to minimize organizational exposure.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

Develop, maintain, and update risk assessment and mitigation strategies aligned with the banks objectives and regulatory requirements.

Fraud Risk Management:

Provide oversight on fraud risk management initiatives, including prevention, detection, and investigation measures.

Ideal ProfileIdeal Candidate Profile:

Bachelors Degree
Proven experience in risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
Strong understanding of enterprise, credit, operational, and fraud risk management.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
