Lead instructional quality standards, including course design, rubrics, outcomes-based assessments, and peer evaluation Graduate Employability & Curriculum Relevance Oversee internship readiness and graduate tracking systems in coordination with the Industry Readiness (IR) Office Embed employability standards across programs by strengthening student portfolios, industry advisory engagement, and real-world learning outputs Use graduate placement data and employer feedback to guide program updates and pedagogical strategies Compliance & Academic Integrity Ensure adherence to CHED/MEMO guidelines, academic audit processes, and documentation requirements Oversee timely submission of compliance reports, curricular revisions, and course review cycles Faculty & Instructional Excellence Partner with HR to design and implement faculty evaluation, development, and upskilling programs Monitor faculty workloads and professional development plans Student Formation & Holistic Education Supervise the Student Formation Services (SFS) team to ensure student discipline, guidance, and well-being initiatives Align co-curricular activities and formation programs with the school&aposs vision of producing industry-ready, socially responsible graduates Ensure that formation and culture of the student community are geared towards building skills that are appropriate for the work setting.
