- Assist the Senior Manager in ensuring monthly Probation Performance Reviews are conducted and documented by Clients until the Team Member is regularized, and support the uploading of this documentation on BambooHR.
- Provide administrative support for timekeeping requests, leaves, procurement, and other requests requiring internal manager approval.
- Coordinate with PX, IT, and Office Ops to ensure smooth onboarding logistics such as access provisioning and equipment allocation.
- Maintain relationships with Team Members and act as the initial point of contact for questions, concerns, and escalations.
- Direct Team Members to appropriate departments for resolution of requests, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support the planning and execution of regular meetings with Team Members to gather feedback, provide updates, and assess satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing engagement activities, training, and company initiatives to enhance Team Member satisfaction and development.
- Track tenure milestones and support the Senior Manager in coordinating recognition programs under Boldr's Long Tenure Program.
- Collaborate with the Senior People Operations Manager to refine performance evaluation frameworks and feedback mechanisms to drive improvements in Client management practices.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline and automate HR-related processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain central PX documentation libraries and trackers (e.g., masterlists, performance trackers) to ensure accurate reporting and alignment across regions and ensure timely preparation and circulation of core PX reports and updates (e.g., GE Masterlist, People Updates, offboarding documentation)
- Assist Clients with the onboarding process for new Team Members, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary HR-related information.
- Liaise with Clients to understand their specific HR needs and challenges related to their Team Members.
- Collaborate with Clients to address and resolve Team Member concerns and escalations, ensuring timely and effective solution
- Support country-specific requirements such as probation extensions, offboarding, holiday calendars, and benefits updates.
- Collaborate with Clients and PX on salary appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with Boldr processes and local labor laws.

- Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field you're passionate about!
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or Finance operations, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity.
- Advanced capability in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and oral.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, Sprout), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and billing platforms (e.g., Xero) is a plus.
