Accounting Manager

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Manage the annual audit process and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., Philippine Financial Reporting Standards).
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into company performance and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices relevant to consumer goods companies in the Philippines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
