- Oversee daily accounting functions, including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis versus budget and prior periods; explain key drivers.
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and ratios to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and projections to support management decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor AP and AR aging, cash flow impact, and working capital efficiency.
- Ensure timely collections and payments while optimizing cash management.
- Resolve escalated billing, collection, and vendor issues.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Review payroll reports, statutory contributions, and related reconciliations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff.
- Strengthen internal controls and recommend process/system improvements.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate schedules and analysis.

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, FreshBooks)
- Knowledge of taxation, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to close books on time and prepare financial statements with variance analysis
- Asset management experience is a plus
- Financial analysis, variance/trend interpretation, and modeling
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Leadership, team development, and process improvement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high integrity and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks certification preferred
