LOCATION: Owens Asia, Inc. is located at One West Aeropark, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines JOB DESCRIPTION: We seek a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Post job advertisements on active job sites and manage applicant responses Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews for shortlisted candidates Administer language assessment exams to bilingual speakers and assist with scheduling interviews Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and update candidate profiles on our HR platform Coordinate specialist assessments and assist with background checks Assist in updating recruitment exams, forms, and documentation packets Coordinate new hire orientation and assist with employee onboarding processes Manage attendance monitoring and leave request coordination Update payroll and timekeeping records and assist with payroll submission Notify employees of unscheduled leave via email and update holiday attendance spreadsheets Coordinate employees' working schedules and assist with leave approvals JOB REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration Strong organizational and time management skills Above-average communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace applications; Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail for managing documents Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Skills: Strong organizational skills Above-average communication skills Interpersonal skills Attention to detail Time management Adaptability Problem-solving skills Teamwork Knowledge of HR software Hiring Process & Privacy Notice Owens collects information from job applicants during the recruitment process.
