Senior Social Media Manager (Specialized in TikTok)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Create original and captivating content for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, tailored to each audience and platform's unique requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok and other social media platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns, collaborating with the marketing team to align with our brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the social media team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts and producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, features, and algorithms, with a specialization in TikTok.
• Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing viral-worthy content.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
• Familiarity with body piercing culture and aftercare practices.
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
