- Develop and implement B2B social media strategies in collaboration with clients.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client objectives.
- Optimize and manage social media profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute B2B social media campaigns, incorporating paid promotions, contests, and partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using social media analytics tools, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Foster meaningful engagement within the B2B community, responding to comments, interacting with influencers, and building connections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Generate regular reports for clients, highlighting the impact of social media efforts against predefined KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in B2B social media management.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
- Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
