B2B Social Media Manager

• Develop and implement B2B social media strategies in collaboration with clients.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client objectives.
• Optimize and manage social media profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and execute B2B social media campaigns, incorporating paid promotions, contests, and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using social media analytics tools, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Foster meaningful engagement within the B2B community, responding to comments, interacting with influencers, and building connections.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
• Generate regular reports for clients, highlighting the impact of social media efforts against predefined KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in B2B social media management.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
• Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
