This role focuses on sourcing qualified leads, managing inbound inquiries, and executing timely follow-ups to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with the business owner, you’ll handle outreach campaigns, maintain lead databases, and leverage multiple online platforms to maximize conversion rates.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationSource potential clients using lead generation platforms (e.g., JARP, BARC) and online directories.Identify and join relevant social media groups to promote services.Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date lead database.Lead Nurturing & Follow-UpRespond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and social media.Follow up within set timeframes to avoid missed opportunities.Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the business owner.CRM & Pipeline ManagementLog all activities and lead data into the CRM.Keep a clean, organized pipeline for easy tracking and reporting.Reporting & AnalysisProvide daily and weekly reports on lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion rates.Recommend campaign and outreach strategy improvements based on performance.QualificationsProven experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Comfortable with phone, email, and social media outreach.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.Familiarity with CRMs and online lead generation tools is an advantage.Benefits
