Location: [Remote]Industry: [Consumer Goods / Wellness / DTC / etc.]Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing / Logistics Specialist to join our fast-growing consumer brand. This role will be critical in managing end-to-end supply chain operations—from production planning with overseas manufacturers to final-mile delivery coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, and has proven experience optimizing supply chains for physical products.Core Responsibilities

Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow
Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems
Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Ops, CX, and Finance teams
Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations

Ideal Background

3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management
Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred
Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping

This role will report to Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels. We're looking for someone proactive, operationally sharp, and ready to make an immediate impact.
