The Clinic Assistant supports medical professionals by ensuring the clinic runs efficiently through assistance in patient care, preparation of treatment areas, and basic administrative tasks.Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms and assist in basic procedures
- Coordinate patient flow and support front-desk operations
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and encoding patient data
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of medical instruments
- Monitor supplies and assist in inventory management
- Provide assistance to patients and guide them throughout their visit
- Graduate or underboard of Nursing or related medical course
- At least six (6) months of experience in a clinic or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and patient-focused
- TESDA NC II is a plus (for Pharmacy Assistant track)
- Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced work environments
